Q1 What are Golden Noon’s inflatable bouncy castles made of?

A: Our Inflatable bouncy castles are made of Plato’s 0.55mm PVC Tarpaulin which is high strength, lead free, Flame retardant and UV resistant. Besides, all our products are made of durable nylon threads, high strength interior baffle and slippery material for slide surface.

Q2 How do you make inflatables safer and more durable?

We use professional sewing machines, double stitch all the seams, quadruple stitch and use reinforced strip for those heavy-duty area and seams. We also use automatic professional welding

Q4 Is it safe to play bouncy castle in winds?

There are 10 to 30 D-rings on each inflatable bouncy castle to tie-down the unit on the ground. However, we do not recommend playing under strong wind more than 30km/h.

Q3 How many air blower hoses should an inflatable has?

Usually 2 air hoses (1.2 meter long and with safety flaps inside) are required for every unit.

Q8 What is the delivery time?

We can ship the finished units by sea or air to all over the world. Usually, it takes about 21 days to Long Beach, 35 days to Miami and 35 to 40 days to Europe by sea.

Q7 How long does the production take?

Usually, it takes 14 to 21 days upon receipt of deposit. Actual production time depends on the complication of units.

Q5 How long is the warranty of Golden Noon’s inflatables?

We provide 1st year warranty for material and workmanship failure. In addition, there is repairing kit (include glue and same PVC material) in every inflatable unit. We also provide video instruction guideline to assist customers repairing the damaged unit.
